You see, Quarians, unlike humans, evolved with dextro-protein genetic structure. Anything a human could eat would probably be poisonous, to me. In addition, Quarians don't have much of an immune system, so even if I could, I'd probably need to process and purify it. It takes hours and isn't really a celebratory kind of chore.
